· One hour of coaching per delegate one week after the initial training.
· After one month the attendees of the course are required to hand in an assignment. We will make these assignments available to you with the results (this is very useful information for training new recruits, to up-skill staff, improve your marketing efforts or even learn more about your customers and the market).
· One hour of coaching per delegate one month after the initial training.
· One hour of coaching per delegate three months after the initial training.

· Understanding your customers, market and business

· A video session.

Alignment to NQF, the unit standard and credits

The course is set at NQF level 5. On successful completion the learner will get 5 credits on level 5. Due to the fact that the course is aligned to a level 5 standard you know you are getting a high quality-training programme.
Coaching sessions: These sessions are one-on-one. Therefore the learners get individual attention after the course. By doing coaching one ensures that knowledge and skills are transferred in the work place. We want your telemarketers to be successful.
Pre-requisites for attending the training
According to the NQF a learner needs to be proficient at the following before attending this course: “Learners accessing this unit standard or qualification will have demonstrated competency against unit standards in Contact Centres at NQF Level 2 or equivalent. Learners are expected to have demonstrated competency in language, numeracy, literacy and communication at NQF Level 4 or equivalent.”
