The One-Day Dynamic Telemarketing training aims to enhance your current telemarketing activities. This is achieved by teaching your staff telemarketing techniques.

The course focuses on people using the phone to do business. This could either be selling activities or making appointments.
The training involves:

- Acting on buying signals.
- Handling objections.
- Closing techniques.
- Self-Motivation.
- A video session.
- Being more successful at telemarketing.
- The programme focuses on developing industry, market and client knowledge enabling your staff to better communicate with clients.
- The focus of the programme is on the client. This helps with understanding the clients’ needs and wants.
- Part of the programme looks at benefit statements. These are statements in terms of solving client needs and will assist with future in-house training programmes.
- The programme is practical and incorporates your products and services. Therefore the focus is on your business and not in general.
- Staff will be more motivated after completing the course.

Duration: A 7 hour session (starting at 08:30 and finishing at 16:00)
The Venue: Your offices
The Investment: Only R5975 for the full 7-hour session and R120 per workbook per attendee. The venue and refreshments will be for your account. Travelling outside Gauteng will be quoted separately.
