One Day Telesales Training

The One-Day Dynamic Telemarketing training aims to enhance your current telemarketing activities. This is achieved by teaching your staff telemarketing techniques.

We have poured in over 10 years of marketing experience into the course; looked at the best practices in the market and combined that into a very dynamic programme.

The course focuses on people using the phone to do business. This could either be selling activities or making appointments.

Dynamic Telemarketing (Telesales / Tele Sales) Training

Some courses are done in a few days. The dilemma with short courses is that benefits or skills are usually not realized or developed in such a short period of time. In order to improve the benefit of any course one needs to follow up, evaluate the results and take corrective action.

Dynamic Telemarketing is a three-month course where we assist you developing your telemarketers. The dynamic telemarketing course has five development areas to improve your telemarketing efforts:
· A full day training course. The training can be done at one of our venues or at your offices.
· One hour of coaching per delegate one week after the initial training.
· After one month the attendees of the course are required to hand in an assignment. We will make these assignments available to you with the results (this is very useful information for training new recruits, to up-skill staff, improve your marketing efforts or even learn more about your customers and the market).
· One hour of coaching per delegate one month after the initial training.
· One hour of coaching per delegate three months after the initial training.
